We are happy to make the required transport arrangement for your smooth travel to Imagica. You will receive a notification with regards to your driver and vehicle details, sent to you directly by our vendor through an SMS & Email by 10:30 PM the previous night.
If you don’t receive driver details related to car travel, feel free to call our customer care on (22) 42130405 from 9am to 9pm, or send an email to transport.helpdesk@adlabsentertainment.com. You can contact us after-hours on (22) 39624544 from 9pm to 12am & 7am to 9am.

Terms & Conditions
In addition to Rules and Regulations the following also apply.
Return journey timing: Departure journey time will be latest by 8:00 pm from Imagica, unless otherwise specified by Adlabs or its partners.
Cars for 4 and 6 allow a maximum of 4 and 6 guests respectively. The number of guests is not inclusive of chauffeur as provided by the travel service provider.
Transfer services to the Park are offered through third party Service Providers and Adlabs is a mere facilitator.
Bookings must be completed by 8pm, 1 day prior to visit.
Not valid for visits on 31 Dec or other Special days.
Single pickup point: There will be a single pick up point and drop off point as confirmed at the time of car booking.
Multiple pickup points not allowed: The vehicle will not halt for any other pick up other than the single specified pickup point.
The car / bus service is given on a best effort basis. However, on occasion of Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstance like tyre puncture, engine breakdown Adlabs will make alternate arrangements for guests to reach the park (the guest is requested to bear with Adlabs for the time taken to make alternate arrangements). The tickets are non-refundable in this event.
Pricing and availability of vehicles may vary depending on date of visit.

No offers / promotions, unless explicitly stated, are applicable on this product.
Imagica may, at its discretion, change or remove the product offering without prior notification.
Although, these Service Providers are bound by Service-Level-Agreements you acknowledge that Adlabs shall not be held liable or responsible in case of an accident or untoward incident or any other damage caused to you during your travel to and from the Park. In the event a vehicle provided to the guest/s breaks down, Adlabs shall endeavour to make an alternate transfer arrangement. However, in such situations, no compensation of any nature whatsoever shall be given by Adlabs.
You must furnish (i) copy of the ticket (print-out of ticket confirmation or the print-out of an e-mail confirmation and (ii) identity proof (driving license, student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card etc.) at the time of boarding the bus/car.
